The mobile app is being used by the business's customers. In our mobile app the customer can view his receipt, view his delivery milestones and their due-dates, get notifications once milestones are completed and at the end of the process, the customer gives feedback. In future releases, we plan that customers will be able to do more actions like pay, send documents, sign, open dispute, and more.
